RENTALS INFORMATION
APARTMENT COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
To ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable living environment, all residents must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Window Coverings
•Residents may only use white, off-white, window coverings visible from the outside.
•The use of sheets, blankets, foil, or any other makeshift covering is prohibited.
•Any window treatments installed by the resident must not damage the window frame or walls.
•Holiday decorations are permitted but must be removed within two weeks after the holiday.
2. Trash Disposal & Recycling
•All trash must be bagged and securely tied before being placed in the designated trash bins or dumpsters.
•Do not leave trash in hallways or common areas. Violations may result in fines.
•No Bulk trash allowed (furniture, mattresses, large items).
•Recycling bins must be used appropriately for glass, plastic, paper, cardboard and aluminum.
3. Pet Rules, Waste & Responsibilities
•Pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately. Pet waste must be placed in designated pet waste stations or securely bagged and disposed of properly.
•Pets must always be leashed in common areas.
•Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or other disturbances are not allowed.
•Authorized pets will only be allowed with permission, according to Pets rules established by Management
•No dog over 15 pounds will be allowed.
4. Common Areas
•Hanging laundry, flags, banners, or other large decorative items that are visible from the exterior is not allowed.
•Open flames, grills, or fire pits are strictly prohibited on the property.
•No personal items (shoes, furniture, etc.) may be left in hallways or other shared spaces.
5. Noise & Community Considerations
•Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM on weekdays and 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM on weekends.
•Residents must be mindful of noise levels, including music, televisions, and conversations.
•No activity causing disturbance, annoyance, or interference with residents’ peaceful enjoyment of their Units is permitted.
6. Parking & Vehicle Rules
•Residents with parking must park only in designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
•Vehicle repair or maintenance in parking areas is not permitted.
7. Enforcement & Violations
•Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, fines, or breach of lease.
•Repeated or serious infractions could lead to eviction.
•For any concerns, contact the leasing office or property management.
8. Signage
•To maintain the aesthetic and architectural integrity of the Property, no signage, advertisements, or posters may be posted inside or outside the building.
9. Installations
•Residents may not install external wiring, television antennas, or other equipment visible from the exterior.
10. Lawful use
•Residents must adhere to all valid laws, ordinances, and government regulations while using their Units and Common Elements and must avoid activities that could increase insurance premiums or result in policy cancellations
11. Floor Coverings
•To reduce noise transmission, at least 70% of each Unit’s floor space must be covered with appropriate floor coverings.
12. Smoking
•It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the building, including inside each unit.
